We believe the people working in a nursery are crucial to providing a happy and safe learning environment. Our fully qualified staff have been chosen because of their love of, and dedication to, working with children. Here’s a brief insight into how they became part of the Wise Owl world.

I was born in Scunthorpe, completed my degree in Psychology at Manchester and went on to a Masters degree in Psychology at Hull, before becoming a qualified teacher. I then became head of two departments at the former Thomas Sumpter School in Scunthorpe. My main roles at Wise Owl are to oversee the running of the nursery and to ensure the teaching is of the highest quality. My young son Joel attends Wise Owl Nursery in Scunthorpe.
