Millie has really enjoyed her time at Wise Owl. She has made close friendships and done lots of group activities which have helped her become more confident. The core members of staff have largely remained the same whilst she has been there, which is invaluable and much better than a very high staff turnover like some nurseries.

Millie was always excited to tell me about her day at nursery, and looked forward to going every single time! The staff are available always for a chat if you need to talk about anything, and I trust them with my daughter, to listen and to care for her.

I have no hesitation in sending my youngest child to the nursery as well. The nursery is accommodating of specific requirements or last minute plan changes. Overall, Millie tells me she has enjoyed nursery life and is sad to be leaving for school!

James and I both wanted to take a few minutes to express our thanks to you all for taking such good care of Eleanor. We only ever wanted to send her to Wise Owls and tried to secure a place before the nursery was even open! Our first visit confirmed it was everything we hoped, a safe, fun and stimulating environment for our baby girl.

What we never expected was to find some of the nicest, most attentive and caring people it's ever been our pleasure to meet. Because of you all, our daughter is a happy, sociable baby who is developing at a pace we're more than delighted with.

Our son started Wise Owls Nursery in August 2006. At first I was (as every mum is) nervous about leaving him in the hands of strangers, but it didn't take me long to realise that he was in excellent care. The atmosphere at the nursery is always friendly, caring and reassuring and the staff are wonderful. It's lovely to know that he is in the care of people who really do put his wellbeing first, and who know how to nurture his developing skills.

I'm kept up to date with everything my little boy has achieved during the day, which I feel is important as I can build on what he has learned when we go home, and I always know that if I have any special requests for Thomas, then I only have to tell the staff and they are always willing to help.
